Last week, my dad told me he was at a party and got me something that I would absolutely love. Every year, he goes to the holiday party for some close family friends who are part of a store in town that does a lot of work with local athletes. Usually during these holiday parties, the athletes are happy to sign autographs as part of the event, and the store does raffles for unique items to have them sign while the people are milling about.

I wasnt aware of who was going to be there this year, but when I got the package in the mail, I got the idea that the Vikings players were a big focus.

My dad won one of the raffles for a game ball to have Ponder sign, and the personalized game photo is absolutely awesome. For anyone that has viewed my personal collection, they know how much I live for personalized stuff, and this is pretty incredible. Although I already have a few personalized items of Ponder, this one is the first of him in Vikings gear.

Not only that, but my dad said he was incredibly friendly and personable, not to mention well spoken and outgoing. Although the Vikings are not performing anywhere close to on par this year, its still awesome to get this kind of stuff for my collection.
