Per the UD website, they have reached an agreement with the MLBPA to continue producing baseball cards. You can imagine this is huge for UD, as there were rumblings that a Topps or Donini exclusive license was in the works.

This is not saying that Topps and Donini wont get the license in the end, but at least one of the companies in the mix will be Upper Deck.
